For once...I never looked so idiotic.
Anyhoooooo! Time to post!

Last Sunday, me and Sofia went to The Curve and we went shopping! Our parents dropped us and gave the moolah ;) And I mean seriously, the last time our folks gave us money (and I mean lots!) for shopping for whatever we want was I think.................last year. Raya habis, so our mom gave us money each as 'duit raya' lah and do whatever we want ;3
Well this time, I went because I had to buy a dress for MPT5, which is a very good reason on why we should shop at the time. But at the end of the day,me and Sof felt satisfied and got what we want :]
Anyhoo, some materialistic treats.
What the shirt said, xP

Daughter of a Soil
I'm going to take alittle bit time here to give thanks for the land and the soil I've lived for in the past 17 years, Malaysia.
Dear Malaysia,
It's your 50th birthday! Growin' an extra eye bag? Or more green hills? It seems as if yesterday that one of your famous sons decided to break you free from the Anglo Colonial Rule, and with his followers he decided to make you a nation, an independent country. On the stand in Dataran Merdeka, where thousands of your little children awaits his cry, his roar of freedom, seven times in all, the word that word truly means one, and that one is Merdeka, freedom. A country so unique, where various races inter-collide with one another and coexistence spreads among each and every individual, where one race lives in harmony with another. A country where every five years, your 9 royal princes (or what we call, Sultans) votes for one sultan and the elected becomes the Paramount or Supreme Ruler, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
What I love about you most is the many worlds that you have created in this country. The abundant fruits and animals living in the tropicals, the historic site of where your elder sons tried to regain your name but was defeated by the Portuguese centuries ago, the nightlife and food and mamak stalls, and technically, nothing comes between me and Char Kuey Teow, mind you! The morning and night stalls. All in all, there are worlds within worlds living in our country. And truly, your world means the WORLD to me!
I wanna give thanks to my grandparents, for being the living legend in my life, my family, for reminding me of where I come from, my friends, for giving me comfort and a shoulder to lean on, and most of all, to all Malaysian, for as they say, making our country a One Nation, One Legacy, and One Destiny! Thank You Malaysia!
Happy Merdeka, Malaysia!
Much love,
Sara.

The Culprit!
Lilie went home for Taiping today! DDDDD: We'll miss you hun'! And we'll look forward to you NEXT visit! <3
I went to Pizza Hut with sis and dad. We tried out that greasy cheese dip with sausages. It was...satisfactory, just that the sausage's alil bit dry. We went home. And discovered the culprit! It turns out that the huge black lump of black that I saw behind the kitchen weeks ago turns out to be a shrew! Hot damn! And I thought they only existed back at USJ 2! Well, poor little fella climbed up an empty bucket o' paint and fell. I saw the creature, and poked it with pleasure >D Kidding.
What that, boy? You wanna closer look?
Smelly, but cute.
Feeling the sense of pacifism, I carried the bucket and walked all the way to a bush area although quite far from the house so that it won't come back again (if it does, dad says we'll have to use the Sun Method, meaning, we just leave it out in the sun till it dies! x_x )
I'm in the middle of doing homework, and I intend to do all three in one go. That way I have less to worry in the weekends and focus more on revising. Plus, this is the third time I drank Melon Milk! -licks lips- Slurrrps! Mmmmm how sweet the taste is.
What else happened today..? Oh yes, Qistina showed me a really addictive song called Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger (absolute no reference to the male reproductive organ -____- nuff' said ) sung by Daft Punk, any ringabells?
Ngierrrrhahahahah, this is what you get when boredom takes control. Well, up till here now. Returning to my homework time. Say tuned~!

What I did for today 4.
Well, Lilie came over yesterday, all the way from Taiping :] . While struggling with dad being an ass, we fetched Lilie AND Sha Ting and went all the way to 1U. We were later joined by another comrade of theirs, namely Justin. Chink, dude, specks, had a feminine voice and a thick slang. Originally scheduled to see 'Secret', a Taiwanese simple chick flick involving none other than pretty boy with talented fingers when it comes to piano, Jay Chow -rolls eyes- But since it was 1U, and that it was Wednesday, and that it was daylight, and that it was school holidays for the teens, and THAT it was GSC, tickets were almost sold out, they had crappy seats (meaning, the only row left was the one RIGHT INFRONT of the screen). So it was either that or...Evan Almighty. Oh how could it get any boring than that show??
I was secretly dissapointed alittle, because the movie was almost two hours, eating up precious (and ALOT) of our hangout time watching the movie. But negativity didn't spoil the whole of my day. After 1U, Lilie stayed at my place for the night! Hurrah~ We watched Code Geass anime and she brought along her adorable Mokona (named Larg) plush!
The next day, we separated, meaning on the way to SJ we sent her all the way to Sherry's house. We had to go early because I had Lit. for Eng. class. I liked it really, and I bought 2 books for the lesson. William Golding's Lord Of The Flies.
Ahahahah, I'm reading Fortune magazine instead of working out my mathematical revision book. And tonight, I actually enjoyed reading and watching Dr. Seuss's. Yes,I LIKE the guy even though he's dead. His books are funny and rather whimsical. I would recommend you, ( for those with a kid at heart :] ) to watch Horton Hears A Who, it's available right in YouTube. And actually, this whole Dr. Seuss thing got into me ever since I saw a movie trailer regarding Horton Hears A Who, it's 3D, realistic and it'll be out next spring, patience much?
Until here I stop
I'll attempt to rhyme
The hour's getting dark
And it's slumbering time
Do not worry,
Do not fret,
I'll post in a hurry,
Tomorrow,you bet!

National Shit
It was a time when every seventeen year old Malaysian kid fears for his or her life. A time where one would be joyous over it, or sit in the corner and weep over what their eyes had just read. For me, it was a time when there were full of expectation, anticipation and anxiousness. For instance, Aiman called me one night with full of spirit "Hey Sara, you got in NS tak?!"
Yes people, it was NS time. And results had just came out from the website itself. Short for National Service, no, correct that, National Shit, where every chosen 17 year old individual must take its boot-camp-like training it faraway places or in different states in the country. Why? A certain government crack head said it was due to racial polarisation. Pfft, eh brader, perkara nie dah LAMA dah b'laku sejak bile ntah. So the DRAMA!
Anyhoo, my mind was killing at that time, will I or will I not be in NS? Will I have to spend 3 months of my lifespan in a camp thousand of miles away from my home? Will I have to wear that ugly blue camouflage stripes combat uniform? Will I have to wear a TUDUNG just so my head and hair can turn into an oven? Or worse...will I have a so-called 'wirawati' next to my name?
I shudder with fright...
That is, until light descend upon me!
Yes! Thank You Allah! Alhamdullilah! x) I didn't get in! I did'nt.fucking.get.in.!. Huge amounts of endorphines rushed up to my mouth, it was on my tongue! With full excitement (and because it was 12 midnight that night) I grabbed a pillow and SCREAMED onto it. I've never felt so happy AND relieved!
But unfortunately, there are certain friends of mine that did get in. First off, Feisal. Good guy friend since standard one. His sister was the first to tell me that he got in. Don't worry Feisal, you still have my sympathy. I'll salute you when you go and when you come back, botak and all, scoring with NS chicks, and grew an inch or two, perhaps I'll give you my full respect and not call you langsat or africa anymore. Remember,i said PERHAPS! B]
Secondly, my class mate and friend who's been my source of gossip and chats, Syaza. Ahaha, the nice nerds calls you tupai, or rather...tupai ganas? xD That line cracks me up everytime I hear it. I know you're shocked and all when you found out, I seriously felt bad for you, honestly did! Want me to tahniah or takhziah you? But don't worry tupa-I-I mean Syaza, with your fiesty attitude with a voice to match, you'll do absolute FINE in NS.
Last, but most certainly not the least, my dear old friend Sherry got in. Of all of us, of all of me,sha ting, stanton, and even lilie, we all knew we didn't get it but you were the LAST to know wether you got in or not. Unfortunately, you did! I wanted to pulverize the computer who turned your name up, but what good'll that do? Takpelah Sherry, least we went to Summit and I bought for you your belated slice of chocolate cake, from Secret Recipe sumore. Least we went for a walk and you found that nice shop where you'll get your dress soon. :]
Come to think of it...I haven't even got mine for the MPT5! o_o
Okay okay, don't fret, I shall list out the items I'll have to get by the end of the hollies :
- Killer Dress
- Hot Shoes
- Make up acessories provided by mama
- Formal Bling-Bling (in other words, jewelleries)
- Nice hair to go with
Okay, that's all I have to talk for now. Mr. Genie, care to grant my wishlist?
